The DRM documentation has been floating around for quite some time now. It's
time to get it in mainline, otherwise it will start bit-rotting all alone
(there's too little documentation written for the kernel, it would feel so
lonely outside of Documentation/DocBook/).
The following changes since commit 269b62db0e52bf2656aa762d61cfe67f3705fdff:
