Stack Trace that occurs when issue arises

When four displays are connected to a gpu (NVIDIA p2000), 2 of the 4 displays
will remain black. The monitors that remain black are the same exact ones on
each boot. The connectors for the respective monitors are
displayport->miniDisplayport, and displayport->hdmi. This issue was also
identified during install time of Ubuntu.
