This however reintroduced https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=102322 as mentioned on https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/AMDGPU#Freezes_with_%22[drm]_IP_block:gmc_v8_0_is_hung!%22_kernel_error.
