Encoder drivers will progressively transition to the drm_bridge interface in place of the drm_encoder one. Let's start with the VC4 driver, and use the ->pre_{enable,disable}() hooks to get rid of the hack resetting encoder->bridge.next (which was needed to control the encoder/bridge enable/disable sequence).
