Yeah that's what I meant, would be nice to ditch that bit of
midlayering, at least from drivers.

I guess within ttm we'd still need ttm_bo_lock/unlock, since
interrupteble/timedout/lock modes in general is passed around
throughout the entire stack as parameters.
