[PATCH 2/2] video: lcd: Remove useless BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE dependencies

This patch removes dependencies on BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE for items
that are already placed under #ifdef BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE.
