GPU stutter visualized - DOOM

Hello, it's me again.

I notice that in many games if I play on my native screen resolution
(2560x1440) the games always have micro-stutter. If I switch to 1920x1080 it is
resolved.

Facts:
- The micro-stutter doesn't show up right after launch, you have to play a bit
for it to start
- If I set power_dpm_force_performance_level to low and then to high/auto again
the micro-stutter disappears and then gradually accumulates again
- I always play with window compositing disabled (KDE)
