Today some new facts came to light. It turns out that if you change the HDMI
EDID mode from 2.0 to 1.4 in the settings of my TV, then the distributions on
the new kernels starting from version 4.18 start perfectly and there is an
image on the screen (3840x2160@30Hz). But in EDID 2.0 mode, the image
disappears. Now I’m writing from Ubuntu 18.04 (kernel 4.15.0-39-generic),
everything is ok. It turns out that the main problem in the support of EDID 2.0
and 4K@60Hz resolution.
