Seems to miss this action.

Or are you going to replace
      struct ttm_bo_global_ref bo_global_ref
with
      struct ttm_global glob ->  struct drm_global_reference bo_ref

if so, may need to remove ttm_bo_global_ref_init() and struct ttm_bo_global_ref at the same time.
