[PATCH 3/3] drm/hisilicon: hibmc: Use HUAWEI PCI vendor ID macro

Switch to use Huawei PCI vendor ID macro from pci_ids.h file.

In addition, switch to use PCI_VDEVICE() instead of open coding.
