Moved the mouse to wake it from sleep, hdmi and dvi-d monitors came on, displayport monitor never did, mouse frozen and num lock light frozen on keyboard. I was able to still ping the computer, but couldn't ssh. It timed out eventually but oddly enough an nmap showed the port open. Here's the output directly before the reboot from journalctl. Running the same 4.18.5 kernel and the cmdline from my previous post.
