Which device is 0000:01:00.0 > - primary or secondary ? Disclaimer: I'm on vacation and away from my computer right now, so going from memory. 0000:01:00.0 is probably the RX 470. And the PCI resets happen automatically when invoking an application via DRI_PRIME=1,no manual action necessary.
