Someone needs to implement support for LVDS and DACs.  It's not a high priority
for us at the moment.  If someone wants to take a stab at it, we'd be happy to
review the patches.  I think some of the older DAL2 code had some support for
these encoders.  You could use that or the non-DC code as reference.  Old DAL2
