The RX 460 GPU was (a day before) manually set to lowest mclk/sclk with cd /sys/class/drm/card0/device ; echo manual >power_dpm_force_performance_level ; echo 0 >pp_dpm_mclk ; echo 0 >pp_dpm_sclk
