You never check the stream out buffer size and you never check that
the memory offset for dw copy is not after the bo end. See comment
below. Sorry to not just do a v5 busy with ttm :(

Beside this it looks ok.

The offset is never check against bo size so userspace can write
anywhere :( Same for dst below
