Yeah, right now GitLab is holding up quite well for other projects,
but kernel repos are a fairly unique stress test - probably only
Chromium/WebKit/etc are worse.

There are a couple of infrastructure changes coming up within GitLab
and how we've got it deployed on fd.o which I want to see land before
we switch the kernel repos over. They decouple quite a few things and
allow us to scale the servers better to deal with load and storage, as
well as allow us to more quickly upgrade the services and make config
changes with less downtime. I'm expecting to see that happen around
XDC time.
