From: Deepak Rawat <drawat@xxxxxxxxxx> Since svga device introduced new 64bit SVGA3dSurfaceAllFlags, vmwgfx now stores the surface flags internally as SVGA3dSurfaceAllFlags. For legacy surface define commands, only lower 32-bit is used.
