Maybe the artifacts with 75Hz are related to my problem I have with 75Hz WQHD via DL-DVI? https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=105300 However, with 72Hz and amdgpu.dc=0, my desktop is always 100% free of stutter artifacts (without heavy load on CPU and GPU) with my RX 560.
