seems that AMD developers lack hardware to implement LVDS/VGA support at this
time.

KABINI devices with VGA, DVI-I and/or LVDS connectors are still possible to buy
in the market.
Supermicro H9SKV-420
Fujitsu D3313
both available via ebay.

In Europe one can find pre-owned Medion E1317T and E1318T too.
