from Mike
I too have been experiencing this issue for quite some time. I'm running: # uname -a Linux hostname 4.9.0-5-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.65-3+deb9u2 (2018-01-04) x86_64 GNU/Linux # lsb_release -a No LSB modules are available. Distributor ID: Debian Description: Debian GNU/Linux 9.3 (stretch) Release: 9.3 Codename: stretch And here's what show's up in `dmesg` every time I boot up: # dmesg | grep -i radeon [ 2.877374] [drm] radeon kernel modesetting enabled.
