[PATCH 07/11] drm/ttm: merge ttm_backend and ttm_tt

ttm_backend will exist only and only with a ttm_tt, and ttm_tt
will be of interesting use only when bind to a backend. Thus to
avoid code & data duplication btw the two merge them.
