[PATCH 02/13] fbdev: add remove_conflicting_pci_framebuffers()

Almost all drivers using remove_conflicting_framebuffers() wrap it with
the same code. Extract common part from PCI drivers into separate
remove_conflicting_pci_framebuffers().
