i'm still confused, but If I understand it correctly, we have 4 kinds
fences now:
- amdgpu per-ring sequence numbers
- syncobj
- HandleToFD for sharing a syncobj (this is not an Android fence)
- ExportSyncFile, which is an Android fence

Is that right?
