Since a Linux Kernel upgrade from 4.10.6 to 4.11.4, I'm experiencing screen flickering (full black or white screen blinking) when the picture on the screen in changing (video, moving windows). There is no flickering when displaying a static picture. The flickering occurs when the screen (with a DVI connector) is connected to the Graphic Card's HDMI port. There is no flickering when the screen is plugged to one of the Radeon's Display ports (with a HDMI to Display port adapter).
