Why the +4? Is it just as a precaution in case you over-ran?

ALIGN macro? Thought I would have thought you would
want:
 cmd += sizeof(define_cmd) - sizeof(uint32);

since you stuck a SVGA_CMD_DEFINE_GMR2 and then copied
the define_cmd right afterwards?

Ah, that is what the +4 is for. Would it be cleaner
to just do 'sizeof(SVGA_CMD_DEFINE_GMR2)' ?
