The 32 bit drivers are in the ia32-libs package, but they tend to be outdated.
This should get better in the future with multiarch, which will allow
installing the 32 bit libgl1-mesa-dri package directly. In the meantime, I'm
afraid you'll have to build the driver yourself from the upstream Mesa Git 7.11
branch.

Something from fglrx is probably still interfering.
