thanks for the video maybe I should open another bug, I have the same artifacts
with a rx460. It happens randomly when resuming from standby, similar symptoms
as described in this bug. I will try patching the kernel and disabling some dpm
features as suggested, I'm not sure if it started happening with 4.9 or 4.10.
Setting power_dpm_force_performance_level to manual or high doesn't work.
