Hi Andy, Thanks for catching that issue. I debugged from my side and found the root cause. I made a fix and just submitted the updated 2 patches to mesa mailing list. Both "out of order" and "vbr incorrect bitrate" issues are supposed to be fixed. Please give a try. Thanks, Boyuan
