Some characters (including main characters) face casts a large blinding white halo on high settings and flickering rgb colours on low settings with most graphics options turned off after updating mesa using padoka ppa on Ubuntu 16.10 on 20.11.2016 with a Sapphire Radeon RX 480 8GB.
