Hi, Initial testing seems good for vbr bitrates, but I am afraid the patches regress cbr so the out of order frames near I frames issue is back. It's still possible to get cbr and vbr bitrates to vary with different gop sizes, but it's only really noticeable at really high bitrates. At normal rates it's still there but the difference is small.
