Note: the linux-review/Steve-Longerbeam/IPUv3-prep-for-i-MX5-6-v4l2-staging-drivers-v2/20160725-010817 HEAD cc37134b2553bad1596348e3cab9859f69471f0a builds fine.
      It only hurts bisectibility.
