I have mostly compile tested the changes on an ARMv7 system (COMPILE_TEST). > Yay :-) IIRC some drivers don't fully use the fb_helpers (for example vmwgfx still references the cfb_* API), so they should be updated as well. A few quick greps (check the exported symbols in drm_fb_helper.c and you'll see the respective fbdev/wrapper functions) and some build warning/errors will show you the way.
