I have two monitors, both the same brand and model. One is connected to the VGA output and the other one on the DVI. No matter wich one I plug into the DVI port, it detetcts the EDID worngly, while the VGA does it correctly. Or the VGA port is ignoring broken edids even without the "forget broken edids" patch, or somehow the DVI port is getting wrong edids, or checksumming them wrongly.
