[REGRESSION] i915: No HDMI output with 4.4

Hi everybody! I have exactly the same problem as Oleksandr (upgrading from kernel 4.1.16 to 4.4.6, but also 4.4.8 and 4.5.3 are affected)

This is my environment info:

I use the motherboard's built in hdmi connector to connect through hdmi cable to an Acer G245H

Sorry for the late "contribute" but i just upgrade.
