[PATCH v2 0/3] Recover from sync lost error flood by resetting the LCDC

Since first version:
- Add "drm/tilcdc: Write to LCDC_END_OF_INT_IND_REG at the end of IRQ function"
  - This is actually an independent fix (see patch description)
- Add "drm/tilcdc: Move waiting of LCDC_FRAME_DONE IRQ into stop()"
  - Wait for LCDC_FRAME_DONE before reseting the LCDC
- Fix typo in description
- Use system work queue
- Check DPMS state after drm_modeset_lock_crtc() has been taken
