There is some minor flickering in Unigine, I did noticed this first in Oilrush,
however it is also visible in Sanctuary. It it mainly visible in the settings
menu, some text flickers occasionaly there. Control panel buttons and the
"Unigine" text in bottom left corner are also affected. When exitting, half of
the credits screen also flicker once or twice.

RADEON_NO_TCL=1 works around this issue.
