https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=29412 --- Comment #2 from Jon Dowland <jon+bugzilla.kernel.org@xxxxxxxxxxx> 2011-03-12 13:43:17 --- I did bisect to identify the first bad commit as 17d857be649a21ca90008c6dc425d849fa83db5c , which is merely tagging 2.6.32-rc1. I suspect some user space component is only enabling KMS if the kernel version equals or exceeds this tag and that's why it is only triggered from that commit. Can you give me any hints on how to do a more useful bisect? Perhaps limiting the scope to a particular source path? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching the assignee of the bug. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Colocation vs. Managed Hosting A question and answer guide to determining the best fit for your organization - today and in the future. http://p.sf.net/sfu/internap-sfd2d -- _______________________________________________ Dri-devel mailing list Dri-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/dri-devel _______________________________________________ dri-devel mailing list dri-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/dri-devel
