The best bet is to check out Linus' git tree and then use the fedora kernel config. Using the git tree you can check out any kernel version you want and bisect to track down the problematic commit if you track down a working version. I'm not sure if what kernel versions fedora makes available as binaries; probably only newer ones for testing.
