[PATCH] dmaengine: dw: Update Intel Elkhart Lake Service Engine acronym

Intel Elkhart Lake Offload Service Engine (OSE) will be called as
Intel(R) Programmable Services Engine (Intel(R) PSE) in documentation.

Update the comment here accordingly.
