There's a bit too much un-wrapped & duplicated code that can be organized into some common logic/functions. This change wraps all the common parts between srcs & dsts into a `dmatest_data` struct. The purpose is to split the `dmatestfunc` into smaller chunks that are easier to follow & extend.
