[PATCH] ARM: davinci: da850: Share the usb20 clock

On da850, the cppi41 dma controller and usb core are the usb20 clock.
Currently, this clock can only be used by the da8xx musb glue driver.
Update the usb20 clock to be requested by more than one user.
