[PATCHv2 1/1] dmaengine: enable mxs-dma for imx6ul

The mxs-dma unit is also available on i.MX6UL. Make it possible to
select it in Kconfig.

Changes vs. V1:
- use SOC_IMX6UL rather than SOC_MX6UL
