[PATCH v3 2/2] dma: rename dma_*_writecombine() to dma_*_wc()

Rename dma_*_writecombine() to dma_*_wc(), so that the naming
is coherent across the various write-combining APIs.

Also provide a mapping for old API users, at least for one
release. We can remove the old mapping names later after this
merged on one release.

The following Coccinelle SmPL patch was used for this simple
transformation:
