[PATCH] multipathd/main.c:change the loglevel from 1/2 to 0

In fucntion child(),before the execution of the function load_config() and
rcu_assign_pointer(), we need to adjust the log level to 0. otherwise ,the log
will not be logged because the variable conf->verbosity is not assigned then.
