[PATCH v5] DM RAID: Add support for MD RAID10

Neil,

The DM patches that this depends on have gone upstream now and cleared
the way for this patch.  I've removed the unnecessary checks on
'sectors_per_dev' - instead relying on the 'ti->len vs
mddev->array_sectors' comparison.

The code to handle device replacements ('rebuild' parameter) will come
later.
