Not perfectly sure what you mean with latest maintenance release. However, I 
just synched again the SLES 11 updates from:
https://nu.novell.com/repo/\$RCE/SLES11-Updates/sle-11-x86_64/
however, no new multipath-tools or kernel update is available. 
Do you know which version is supposed to work?
