Hi This was supposed to be fixed with "dm snapshot: fix primary_pe race" patch in 2.6.27.4. Are you sure that you really see it on 2.6.27.6? If so, it looks like the bug wasn't fixed yet. How often does it happen? Do you have some reproducible scenario for this bug?
