[PATCH] replace single instance kmirrord by private kmirrord per mirror set

Hi,

I include a patch to replace the single instance of kmirrord per system by 
a private version of kmirrord per mirror set. This is required, if you 
configure the persistent dirty log to reside on a mirror set for 
availability and disaster recovery reasons.
