and i am getting the following error.

device-mapper ioctl cmd 9 failed: No such device or address

 This is my partition table.

       Disk /dev/hda: 255 heads, 63 sectors, 1240 cylinders

       /dev/hda7 401 425 200781 8e Linux LVM
       /dev/hda8 426 450 200781 8e Linux LVM

/dev/hda10 476 499 192748+ fd Linux raid autodetect /dev/hda11 500 522 184716 fd Linux raid autodetect

Please suggest me what's going wrong with my mirror option argument or anything else to be included
 in table file.

 Thanks and kind regards,
