Re: change backend for LUKS

Hello,

No configuration file. just run configure with the appropriate parameters.

from configure help:
  --with-crypto_backend=BACKEND
                          crypto backend (gcrypt/openssl/nss/kernel/nettle)
                          [gcrypt]

when nothing is defined, the default is gcrypt, --with-crypto-backend=openssl will build against openssl.

If you need further info on how to build packages from source with autotools, please ressort to autotools HOWTOs and documentation.

Regards

-Sven

Hello,

I'm a student from Università degli Studi di Milano, in Milan.

I know there is a way to do, but I don't know how to do: default backend
for LUKS is libgcrypt and I want to test it with the openssl
cryptographic library.

I was told that there is a configuration file to edit but I can't find it.

Thank you very much in advance.

Best regards,

Raffaele Brivio
